Description: |
If you have a spectrum image and a map of the zero loss posisiton then this script will shift the spectrum at each pixel in the spectrum image by the amount specified in the zero loss map. Useful if you have to do work in the low loss and you want to make sure the zero loss is EXACTLY at zero in every spectrum.
Instructions
1) find the zero loss in at every point in the SI can be done by just looking for the brightest point or fitting a peak.
2) run the script and give the SI and drift map
3) save the resulting image

The drift map must have the same x,y size as the SI.
I have had a few requests for correcting enery drift on SI after the fact this does it. Works really well on the test low loss image we had. |
