Description: |
An example script which uses the command createmaskfromannotations() to apply a mask to a FFT. To use the script have an FFT foremost with one or mask annotations added. These can be spot, wedge, annular (bandpass) or array masks - any number of these in any combination. The script computes the mask image, applies it to the FFT and carries out the inverse FFT to create a filtered image. It also shows how to copy masks from one FFT to another - which is handy for multiple processing of FFTs using the same mask setup.

Requires a FFT to be foremost with one or more mask annotations present.
For examples on FFT processing in a script: FFT/iFFT, packedFFT/iFFT, FFTW |
