Script to provide an on screen control palette to control some of the functions of a JEOL 2000 FXII microscope although this should work with most current generation JEOL microscopes. An alternative script is available for a JEOL 2010F microscope, which includes stage control and some GIF controls. All the code from the 2010F script is still included here, it is just commented out. You can edit the various functions to include the functionality you want, or contact the author for more information. |

This does require a serial interface between the FXII microscope and GIF computer. I don't believe the serial interface was a standard item supplied with this microscope. Microscope must be in EXT 1 mode for this script to work. |
