Script to calibrate diffraction patterns. This version is set up with the calibrations for our 2000FXII microscope with a Gatan Dualvision (1300 x 1030) camera. After selecting the camera length the foremost image is calibrated according to its size. Diffraction patterns should be 1300x1030. However,the script will calibrate 650x515 and 325x257 patterns - anything else it will object to most strenuously. You can edit this script to suit your system - code lines which may require editing are indicated with // ****. Tips on calibrating your system are included in the script - or contact the author.. |
