This script is a direct adaptation of "Gaussian Fit" script (v1.1) by David Mitchell and W. Bertram of ANSTO Materials. The main difference is that (1) Fit routine is now encapsulated as a script function, (2) Array variables are used in fitting routine to speed up the calculation, and (3) An new fit routine designed specifically for 1-D spectrum image is also included.
A simple example of how to use the Gaussian fit function is also included as part of the script file. |
