This script will make a 3D image (i.e. movie) from series of images.
The top most image will be the first frame and selected ROI (if any) of the first image will be used as the ROI of the following images. |

To use this 3D image as a spectrum image which can then be processed with the "EFTEMSI" and "SI" modules, you need to convert it to a "real image" first (thank Robin Harmon of Gatan for pointing out this "trick"). This can be done via the menu command "Edit->Change Data Type ...". |
