This script allows the user to draw a series of lines on features in an image, and then measure (rerun the script with ALT held down) those lines to come up with an average measurement (with standard deviation). I use this to measure the average thickness of thin films. This version is updated to include a trap to ensure the user only marks up and measures a cloned image (created by the script). This cloned image has no scale bar. Running the earlier script on an image with a scale bar included it in the mesurement. |
