| Description: | The script is intended to help users in find the best areas on a grid square. It collects a filtered and unfiltered image to determines the sample thickness and will output a colored heat map depending on user-defined thresholds. In addition is it possible to report the sample thickness at the cursor position. The knowledge can then be transferred to e.g. EPU for optimal targeting. |
