But it is not hard to change the code to some other means...
Open the images as series to one 3D stack and make sure this is the front most image and run the script.
Type in the expected overlap e.g 0.2 for 20%
Type in the number of images in x and y
Use the test button to extract two images. Then create a new combined filter in the Image Filtering window.
Hanning window and bandpass filtering are always a good choice. Leave the name as "Combined Filter 0" or else chance the string below to something you prefer. Leave the field blank if you don't want to use any filter. If someone knows how to get a taglist from all the existing filters, please let me know...
Do Live setup (cross correlation) to the extracted images and try to make the peak in the cross correlation image
as sharp as possible with inner and outer radius of the bandpass filter.
Then Just Do it. |
