Script to display/zero the current microscope goniometer tilts. This script was written to address the issue of the Y tilt not being displayed on our 2010F microscope occassionally (subsequently fixed by typing selwt 1 at the TEM keyboard. The script may still be of use though and it can be used an example of how send/get info to/from a JEOL microscope (most models of the last 15years or so). A serial connection to the scope is essential, and the scope must be in external control mode - type EXT 1 at the TEM keyboard (EXT 0 when you've finished). |
