Script to calibrate diffraction patterns. This version is set up with the calibrations for our 2010F microscope with a GIF2000 (1k x 1k) camera.After selecting the camera length (recod with the GIF button depressed) the foremost image is calibrated according to its size. Diffraction patterns should be 1024x1024. However,script will calibrate 512x512 and 256x256 patterns - anything else it will object to most strenuously.
