This script will remove any calibration present, including the scalebar if present, on the foremost image. Use this on any image, although it was written for use with the 'SADP Rotational Average' script. The procedure is: Run this script to remove any calibration - overlay a circle feature on the SADP and make it concentric with a large diffraction ring. Shrink the circle to make it very small - it now defines the SADP centre - read off the centre in x and y values (hence the need to remove any calibration). Run the companion script 'SADP Define Centre' to plug in these x and y values to the image (obviously if you have DIFFPACK you don't need to do this). Calibrate the SADP for the camera length you used. Finally run the 'SADP Rotational Average' script. |
