Saturated Pixels

Category: Data Processing and Evaluation – Images
Description: This script checks an image for oversaturation. Any pixels which have exceeded the user entered threshold value are highlighted in a binary image with the percentage of saturated pixels shown. This could be used as a tool for setting up image acquisitions. It can also be used for thresholding an image where an areal fraction of a dark phase (on a light background) or vice versa was required.
Comments: Works on a Mac also.
